How much does shipping cost?

Online: Shipping is free for online orders over US$100. For online orders below US$100, a flat rate of US$20 is charged.

Offline: Shipping is free for all orders.

Which countries do you ship to?

Shipping is done at no additional cost to the following countries: Åland, American Samoa, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, East Timor, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Papua, New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Samoa, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden, Tahiti (French Polynesia), Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States.

For other countries, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Can I choose to shop in a different currency?

Verve currently supports the following currencies: British Pounds (£), Danish krone (DKK), Euros (€), Hong Kong Dollars (HK$), Norwegian krone (NOK), Swedish krona (SEK), Swiss Franc (CHF) and the US Dollar ($). You can choose to shop only in the currency of the country you wish to ship the product to.

How do you handle VAT & Duties for European countries?

We are registered in Belgium with a VAT identification number. We are required to collect and pay the VAT to and for the country we ship the garment to Our shipping partners require us to identify the total price of your order and collect VAT of the shipping country so that you don’t have to pay any extra fees on receipt of your order.

For Customs Duties, these are also cleared on your behalf by our shipping partners so you don’t have to pay any extra fees on receipt of your order.

What are your delivery timelines to receive my order?

Suit orders can be delivered between 6 to 7 weeks.

Shirts can be delivered between 4 to 5 weeks.

Accessories and ready-to-wear orders are shipped immediately if ordered separately. If the order includes Suits or Shirts then we hold them and ship it all together.

These delivery timelines are effective from the day the order is placed and or payment received. 

What if I need the order on urgent basis?

We would request you to please email us and confirm if you need the order on urgent delivery basis before placing the order.  We will confirm if we are able to process your request for urgent delivery. Urgent deliveries may cost extra and if any will be conveyed to you before placing the order. 

Can I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details, tracking number and an expected date of delivery. You can also track you order and delivery status by logging into your account in the member's area.

ALTERATIONS & REMAKE POLICY

 

  • We have arrangements with local tailors in your city for the locations we visit.

  • After receiving your order, If your tailored garments require any minor adjustments and you are based in one of the locations we visit then we will simply guide you to the local tailor associated with us and you can have your garments fixed. T we’ll work with you to get your ideal fit just right whether it’s a small alteration or a complete remake.

  • Depending on your location, we will arrange for a pick-up of your garment or send you an address where they can be shipped.

  • The changes will be saved to your profile so all future orders will fit perfectly.

  • Alteration and remake requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the garment.

  • Body Changes – our suits, jackets and trousers are tailored to allow for weight fluctuations of +/- 5 kgs. We will not be responsible to alter or replace garments if there are major fluctuations in body size.

  • Complimentary Shipping costs.

  • Customer is responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes fees and these fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

Ready-to-wear clothing or Accessories

  • Must be returned within 30 days in new condition. Anything past that is subject to our discretion.

 

Custom Tailored or Bespoke Clothing

  • Custom Tailored or Bespoke Clothing are uniquely made for you and we understand that getting everything perfect on your first try doesn’t always happen so these items cannot be accepted for returns or refunds until we’ve gone through 2 rounds of alterations and haven’t succeeded.

  • We will do our absolute best to ensure that the fit is right and that you’re happy with the garment.

  • For a refund that is issued, you will receive the funds within 5-10 business days after the arrival of items to our partner factory.
